Specific production process

There are six main steps in the production of stainless steel nuts. The first step is to ensure the accuracy and characteristics of the machine and equipment, which mainly includes process quality control, CPK control and use and employee skill training. The second step is grinding, cleaning and passivation. Different products set parameters in advance for automatic grinding and cleaning, choose to use professional grinding stones and grinding solvents, and mix and match according to certain standards. When passivating, pay attention to select passivation according to different raw materials to prevent rust spots.

Pay attention to use a professional passivation solution, control the temperature at more than 40 degrees, and keep it for 20 minutes, so that a protective film can be formed on the surface of the nut to improve the corrosion resistance of the product. After the product passivation treatment is completed, it needs to be dried. Generally, the drying temperature will be controlled at more than 80 degrees, and the drying time is 15 minutes.
