The selection principle of stamping mold:

  1. First of all, consider the stamping mold set under "Select stamping die". For the set square die, analyze whether the straight line to be stamped is greater than or equal to 1.5 times the side length of the die. Whether the arc diameter is larger than the die diameter, if so, use the set die.

  2. For the outline that can be included in the basic figure, first search in the stamping mold library to see if there is a stamping mold that is completely consistent with the outline and can be punched out with one stamping action. If there is such a mold, it will be ignored under "Select Stamping Mold" "Set stamping mold, use the found stamping mold directly.

For rectangular contours, when the long side is greater than or equal to 1.5 times the short side, it will automatically search for a square stamping die that is consistent with the short side of the rectangle: for long round grooves or round grooves, search for circular stamping molds with the same groove width If there is a mold, use the mold directly. If the die is not determined after the above two steps, consider using a square die or a circular die to punch a straight line or an arc.

  4. If the set die is not suitable, the system will search the stamping die library from small to large for square or round dies, and use the straight line to be stamped that is greater than or equal to 1.5 times the side length of the mold.
