(1) Well furnace: well resistance furnace is mainly used for spring tempering, stress relief annealing and aging treatment.

(2) Box furnace: medium temperature box furnace widely used in spring production, with simple equipment operation and maintenance, which can meet the general process requirements of heat treatment and heating. The disadvantage is that it is easy to produce oxidation decarburization layer on the spring surface when working in air medium. Important springs should not be heated in this furnace.

(3) Continuous hot air tempering electric furnace: the application of continuous hot air tempering electric furnace brings extremely significant comprehensive benefits to spring production. The charging and discharging of the electric furnace is more convenient than the well resistance furnace and nitrate tempering furnace, and also has the characteristics of fast temperature rise, uniform furnace temperature, high productivity and energy saving (about 50% power saving compared with the well resistance furnace).
