1、 Design process of various springs

(1) Device space: when designing compression springs, you must have a clear understanding of the space of the required device springs to effectively master the basic manufacturing conditions of compression springs, including outer diameter, inner diameter and free length.

(2) Dynamic stroke load: in the design of compression spring, the position to be started and the required bearing capacity must be clearly understood. Determine the position of the required elasticity, and then determine the material, wire diameter, and number of coils.

(3) Environmental factors: when the spring works in different environments, it will be affected by environmental factors, which will affect the service life of the spring. Therefore, the designer must consider the change of ambient temperature and humidity. The temperature has a great influence on the service life of the spring, and the humidity easily causes the spring to oxidize without surface treatment. Therefore, environmental factors can determine whether the spring needs surface treatment and material selection.

(4) Spacing between two ends: the two ends of the tension spring will affect the shape of the hook and the free length of the tension spring. The space can determine the size and outside diameter of the contact.

(5) Pre tightening force: the pre tightening force determines the spring material and steel wire diameter, and the size of fasteners can adjust the pre tightening length.

(6) Outer diameter of the main shaft: the inner diameter of the torsion spring can be determined according to the size of the main shaft, but the change of the spring body after torsion should be considered, and an appropriate margin can be left.

(7) Inner diameter of device space: when the torsion spring device adopts "in" type, "in" type space shall be considered. The space determines the outer diameter, free length and number of coils of the spring body.

(8) Torsion fulcrum: the torsion spring must have a fulcrum when working. This fulcrum can determine the length and form of the torsion bar.

(9) Starting and ending points of action: the included angle position between the torsion bar and the fulcrum when no work is done can clearly define the length and form of the torsion bar and the included angle between the torsion bar and the fulcrum bar.
